Top 3 Must Follow Crypto Accounts in 2023 (+1 Bonus)

Searching for relevant information and sources can be overwhelming due to the sheer amount of content available. By reducing noise, you can focus on the most valuable sources and receive only the information you need.

As discussed in the “[..] Focus on the Signal, Filter Out the Noise [..] article, limiting the number of connected channels and accounts can lead to less information overload, better focus, and potentially higher-quality results. However, the question remains, which accounts should you keep and which should you unfollow or leave?

In this article, I will recommend three accounts or channels I believe everyone should follow and explain my reasoning for doing so.

My Top 3 Picks

So without further ado, let’s get to the accounts I’d really recommend to keep or start following, in random order.

Did I promise a bonus as well? You’ll get to it!

Credible Crypto (Twitter & Telegram)

Twitter bio: Crypto analysis and education. Followers count: 336K

Telegram bio: Trader. Investor. Entrepreneur. Members count: 176

This guy really impressed me last year. Personally I’m way more active on Telegram than on Twitter. One of my partners recommended his channel on Telegram. I joined and was surprised, considering the value he brings, to see only about 170 members in his channel. Then I checked his Twitter account and it showed more than a 1000x more followers there (336K at the moment of writing).

So what he does which interests me is that he only focusses on a small number of crypto assets, which are Bitcoin ($BTC), Ethereum ($ETH), Hedera ($HBAR) and Curve ($CRV). The latter two might not be of your interest but with the focus and in-depth analyses of BTC and ETH he really provides a good reflection of the market situation.

In addition, he not only shares his local view in charts and text but also publishes more extensive video analyses on these pairs. Every time the market significantly changes or an update is relevant he updates regarding his views. Since its mainly based on higher timeframes this doesn’t happen too often. Which therefore minimizes any noise.

PlanB (Twitter)

Twitter bio: Creator of the Stock-to-Flow model. Followers count: 1.8 Million

I guess: you Hate him or you Love him. People are done with this guy because of his BTC price predictions back in 2021 where he first was right 4 months in a row and then was off in the months after. Also his S2F model, which he is known for as the developer of it, has failed according to a lot of people.

On the other hand people are fans because of his expertise, his background in financial industry, his way of explaining stuff and I think mostly because of his ability to do in depth chain-analyses. This last aspect and the way he can reason based on the insights he get out of it is what makes me a happy follower.

Just like the previous account, PlanB also only updates when relevant events happen. Either from a fundamental point of view or from a technical one based on his preferred, and self developed, charts.

Again, as mentioned, he not only just throws charts in the air. From time to time he does interviews or AMAs discussing his view and perspectives on the market. There he explains how his charts are developed an how to interpret them. Which is valuable knowledge to better understand the updates he shares supported by those charts.

PlanB mainly only focusses on Bitcoin but along with that covers the market sentiment as well.

Trader X — Official Channel (Telegram)

Telegram. Members count: 4.2K

Just like the other two, this account doesn’t publish a huge amount of content. Instead it shares very clean and clear views on several crypto pairs. He covers a wider variety of coins and tokens although his main focus is again on the leading ones, Bitcoin and Ethereum.

The thing which attracts me most is the clean analyses and views in the charts which are shared. Straightforward technical analyses mainly based on horizontal support/resistance and supply/demand levels.

From time to time you can join a live analyses session hosted by the analyst. In those sessions he first goes over the leading pairs after which he allows for suggestions from the viewers to analyse other alt pairs.

All in all for me this is a highly appreciated channel because of the focussed, high quality and low amount of content which is published. Definitely a channel to add to your list.

Bonus!

As promised here is your bonus channel. Since this one is hosted by one my partners, I share it as a bonus instead of placing it in the top 3. But if you are looking for free high quality content covering Crypto, S&P500, DXY and more, you definitely should join: bämRock Crypto Trading (1.1K)

Why? Go check it our yourself:

Wrapping up

As all these accounts have been and still are of a great value to me, I believe it could benefit others as well.

Did I miss one which should have been in the top 3 in your opinion? Leave it in the comments so I can benefit from it as well!
